Jokers are fun. And for those special few that serve the Royal, they are called jesters. (Thanks to Visarend for the head up) They used to entertain the Kings and the royal people in medieval times. When it is not funny, they will be deleted. Of course, the less famous can be seen in the bazaar or market! Now, they are in the castle entertaining visitors. A much better job than in old days.
